As a first-generation Indo-Caribbean-Canadian, I took my Guyanese parents telling me to "go pick up a book and read" to heart. I've been drawn to storytelling ever since. While I may not have inherited my parents' green thumbs, I did inherit their rich cultural traditions, which I infuse into my romances.
When I'm not lost in a world of words, you can find me curled up with a good book; specifically romance and cozy mysteries; practicing yoga, or spending quality time with my pup, Vera.
I hold a BA in Rhetoric, Media and Professional Communication from the University of Waterloo, and currently call Ontario, Canada home.
